I signed up my Merchant Account for my Web Site with Instabill (now known as EasyCharge.net). I was told that every thing is FREE (including setup fee, web programming and so on) But there will be FLAT monthly fee $50 per month and the balance will be transferred to my account monthly after charging me $50 per Month.

When after processing for about one month I tried to contact them to get my first payment I was told that I can only be paid after I had $2500.00 in my account. I told the rep that this was not in my agreement. The customer service rep told me that he did not know who I did sign with but this is their policy. Not only this, he also told me that $50 is the weekly statement fee. I never received any weekly statement (sounds weird). I told the rep that I want close my account with them. Please pay my account balance and but he told me that I can not be paid out because the balance is under $2500.00, Now I am not processing with them but I have $1800 in my account with them.
